ORA-27504 - IPC error creating OSD context

I'm hoping someone on this list can shed some light on this error message:
"ORA-27504 (See ORA-27504.ora-code.com) - IPC error creating OSD context".  With the pointer I received from
Alexei Roudnev at http://ftp.portera.com/Linux I was able to
get a 4-node 10g RAC Cluster up and running on SLES9-SP1
for x86_64.  I even had a customer workload that I was
testing.  I then was trying to be ambitious and add some more nodes to
the cluster .... and I have no idea why I am at the point that no matter
what I try
to start now, I am constantly getting this message in the alert logs.  I
have even
gone in and uninstalled CRS and DBMS software and re-installed.  Does
anyone have an idea.....

Thanks in advance,
